At Alpha Pro Choice, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you wish to cancel your service within 60 minutes of placing your order, you will receive a full refund through the original payment method.
At Alpha Pro Choice, if you want to remove / delete your account please contact us via email.
In the rare event that our cleaning service is not performed to your satisfaction, please contact us within 24 hours to request a re-clean or cancellation. We will promptly address your concerns, and if necessary, issue a refund. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of booking.
